Screenshots or recordings with private content redacted are optional. Do not send a full library, passwords, Apple Account credentials or payment credentials. Huinian does not automatically upload diagnostic logs.
Huinian Pro and the free trial
Huinian Pro unlocks all app features. Eligible subscribers get the first 3 months free, followed by a monthly auto-renewable subscription. The regional price, currency and trial eligibility are shown by the App Store before purchase. China mainland is not initially available, pending App filing. Cancel anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before expiry to avoid renewal. Without an active subscription, existing content remains available to view and export.
Restore purchases and refunds
Restore purchases in the app under Settings › Huinian Pro using the Apple Account used for purchase. Refreshing status may require a network connection. Apple manages cancellations. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service to request a refund. Do not uninstall the app or delete local content to troubleshoot a subscription.
iCloud and offline use
Sync is off by default and can be enabled in the app’s iCloud settings. It requires the same Apple Account, available iCloud storage and connectivity. Local use continues offline; switching accounts may pause sync. Sync is not a backup. Export a complete backup in Data Management before important changes; Markdown does not replace a full recovery backup.
Recovery and deletion
Check the global Archive to restore accidentally deleted items. Permanent deletion within Archive asks for confirmation again; do not rely on undo afterward. Manage independent exports and system backups yourself. Support cannot read your local library or recover originals that have been permanently deleted.
Availability
The 1.0 launch supports iPhone in portrait. iPad and Mac are planned for later updates. Photos, files, audio, handwriting and on-device system recognition depend on device capabilities and permissions. Version 1.0 does not include a share extension for receiving content from other apps, collaboration or a public content community.
